Family Mediation
Family disputes can be difficult and emotionally challenging, particularly when decisions need to be made about children, finances, property, or arrangements following separation. Family mediation provides a confidential and impartial space to have those conversations constructively, with the support of a trained mediator.
We help separating couples and families communicate more effectively, explore the issues that matter to them and work towards practical arrangements that everyone can move forward with. Where children are involved, mediation can help parents focus on their children’s needs and find workable ways to co-parent, while reducing conflict wherever possible.
Unlike going to court, family mediation allows you to remain in control of the decisions that affect your family. The mediator does not take sides or make decisions for you, but helps you consider options, understand each other’s perspectives and work towards mutually acceptable outcomes.
We offer family mediation online across the UK. In-person sessions can be held in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Liverpool, or anywhere in the North West.

SEND Mediation
We facilitate the mediation process that helps resolve disagreements about support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
SEND mediation brings together parents or carers, education providers, and local authorities to discuss concerns about Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments, EHC plans, or the support a child or young person receives.
We always ensure the child or young person's needs are at the forefront of every mediation.
